Apparently, the collaboration with Maluma is for his upcoming album.
Madonna's album cover is completed and decided upon. Album is finished. Another video is gonna be shot this week.

Reece is right. A reliable source on Nation said there's a single coming out in April, but Madonna is keeping tight lipped about it as she doesn't want another RH fiasco. The album is rumoured to be out in May to coincide with Eurovision.

I'm not sure how credible this is... but the part in bold has me very excited.

I kinda feel the same.

I think it's because Madonna worked with lots of people on both of those albums and it was a case of to many cooks spoil the broth..
Aside from Madonna being heavily focused and inspired, there doesn't seem to be as many people involved as before, so I think this album will be amazing, tbh.

and let's not forget "Mirwais" has worked on a majority of the album with her, so it's bound to be good.

According to someone in the know on popjustice there is a two single tactic being worked on, to be released practically simultaneous in different markets. One is a funky/disco track (probably the one she shot the video for yesterday) and the other is a Reggeaton type track (featuring Maluma) for the Latin market! Makes perfect sense to me from the info we’ve seen so far. Because Maluma was DEFINATELY not part of the music video shoot yesterday, and yet Tribe said that Maluma is featured on the first single. The only way that seems possible is when there are two singles at the same time!
