To be fair there's the formatting, then adding up scores, then Mitchell has to actually write some comments on the eleven songs himself, then he's gotta write up the intro, and then write up the voting rules. If you notice he churns out performances within a few minutes, so it's clear he does all 11 at once so we're not waiting long between performances. It's probably boring to do all in one sitting, if not time-consuming, so the wait's understandable
