No, this man caused this. Its noone elses fault. Normal people can see that everyday Muslims are not the problem. Bigoted violent idiots like this guy cannot. But nothing caused this but his hate. He apparently had links to neo Nazi which itself is based on a major act of terrorism so he had these views for a long time and it's clear if day that he is using the so called Muslim terrorist groups as a reason.

But most people will have this guy down as mentally Ill because they refuse to believe a terrorist can be anything but a Muslim.
