Err no TiBB logic states that if someone has the charges dropped then it is 100% canon fact that they are definitely 100% innocent of the accused crime. That's how it works and if you disagree then you HATE LAW!! Disgusting anarchist.

But they weren't dropped due to possible innocence - they were dropped because he'd already carried out the punishment he'd receive. They're also keeping his $10k bond.

I'm actually not sure whether or not you're trolling haha. He was never found guilty or not guilty because the case was stopped before it got that far.
