So he got his mates to (pretend to/) beat him up and lied to the police, but all charges were dropped? 'Kay.

I wonder if he's still being investigated for the separate crime of sending hate letters to himself.

Err no TiBB logic states that if someone has the charges dropped then it is 100% canon fact that they are definitely 100% innocent of the accused crime. That's how it works and if you disagree then you HATE LAW!!

But they weren't dropped due to possible innocence - they were dropped because he'd already carried out the punishment he'd receive. They're also keeping his $10k bond.

They're basically saying he's guilty and stand by the charges, but won't pursue them as they're prioritising violent crime and Smollett isn't a danger, so they're dropping it in exchange for community service and keeping the $10k bond.

False the court said NOT GUILTY so why don't you want to accept the ruling of a court of law?

OMG I have just found a YouTube video PROVING that that person who posted that he was not exonerated on Twitter actually ran a lemonade stand when she was 9, FOR MONEY, so it's clear that she is obsessed with money and just wants some of that Smollett dollah. Discusten.

That means he's not guilty. And if it was dropped because someone was paid off, that means he's extra not guilty and his accusers are greedy. That's just the law Oli.
