As Vicky said, rape is an epidemic everywhere. A huge percentage of women will experience a sexual attack in some form in their lives. I imagine it could be worse in countries with a large rich/poor where poor people will often be abused because they'll fall through the cracks and won't likely be able to seek justice.

Surely that is going to by higher in countries that only seem to have poor people.
