....I don’t know I’m a bit sceptical about this story..or just a bit unsure...it’s a horrid thing if true ...but why put the photos on social media because she was obviously so appalled by it ...and yet not report it to the police or the RSPCA...

But neither Devon and Cornwall Police or the RSPCA have so far been able to find reports for the incident in the absence of a precise location or date.
