How's this going to be policed? What's to stop a kid from "borrowing" their parents passport or driving licence?
Also, a guy on bbc news said many sites with mixed content including porn will slip through the net. Idk, need to see the details. But thank god for my offline porn collection. A friend of mine who relies only on online porn and is a freak about his privacy will be fuming
