I'm the same really, even thinking about making the appointment I actually cry and feel dizzy. Sounds ridiculous but it's a huge genuine fear There's no way I'll be going on my own though, I'll have to take my mam

Pain hasn't been too bad today though. Uncomfortable but not painful, but I'm starting to accept it needs sorting.

Do you have a dentist near you that specialises in nervous patients? If you could register with a practice like that it would make the experience so much better for you.
