I doubt they are stupid and ignorant, I am sure they are well aware of climate change and we have at least put things in place, but you cannot just blame other people, if someone throws a plastic bottle or bag into the sea , that is not the governments fault, its the lazy sod who couldn't be arsed to find a bin.
the blame game will not stop climate change , getting off our arses and doing something constructive will, not standing in some city shouting about what we want.
