look we can do our share keeping the world clean but parliament can do more regarding all the filth in the oceans from tankers, cargo ships, keeping our oceans clean

How can parliament stop unscrupulous people emptying their filth into the oceans , plus ,what about all the plastic ? whatever rules are in place lazy arses don't care and will break the law , I mean look at the litter still dropped, it's up to each and everyone of us not just governments . Until we ALL take some responsibility , nothing will change.

i thought they might have more power at that than us


we keep our front and back garden clean, also the street area in front of our house we keep that part clean

protesting is nice to bring this under the attention cause we must be aware of this but you're right we ourselves must all do our share to keep our world clean

Like I said before, maybe protest in front of the embassies of the worst offenders? You have to acknowledge the work that is already being done while asking for more to be done.

It's not just about that though , Do you use plastic ? do you drive or ever go in a car etc? do you recycle everything ? I could go on . You cant just snap you fingers and it all goes away , what we have done to the planet will take hundreds of years to put right if ever.
