In response to your OP rionablue, I think Maura and Curtis have some chemistry but I’m still a bit unsure about them for some reason. I just get the feeling they’re not as fully into each other as they make out and that it’s more of an attempt for better opportunities for when they leave as opposed to true feelings for one another. I could be wrong though.

I don’t think Francesca was wrong for choosing Curtis either. I would agree that Maura and Curtis have a better connection with one another, but Francesca had to choose someone to couple with and she has to go for the person she is both attracted too and who she sees more potential with and Curtis was that guy for her. If she hadn’t have gone with her true feelings, she would’ve been wasting her time and just sat there left wondering “if only” kinda like what Lucie did with Tommy.
