Trump’s intense pettiness is well-established, but if Frum is right – well, what a colossal waste of everyone’s time.

Read this a few hours ago and think its true. Trump would possibly draw demonstrations if he visited many European countries while Obama is still considered a good friend to Denmark. The optic of say, demonstrations for Donnies state visit set against a warmer welcome for Obama would send Donnie over the edge.
