Whilst I would never condone the language used, its clear from the video he is frustrated by not getting the his form, I think we can all relate to 'computer says no' frustration, yes he was out of order, yes he was packing a gun, but he didn't wave it around which is pretty incredible given how frustrated he was, did someone behind the counter snigger, yes they did, we can all stand here and say omg thats awful but in a similar situation would we have uttered under our breath, fat bitch, old cow, or similar, it's on this thread..old fool...old bugger .... all seemingly very acceptable insults... who knows maybe he came back an hour later after he calmed down and apologised, or may he went back home and put a pillow case over his head, we don't know.... its a snapshot in time, ..... maybe he is an out and out racist or maybe he pulled out the worst insult he could think of at the time and went home and regretted it, I'm no Trump fan and its very clear in his posts neither is Bots, nobody trotted out after Clinton had it off with Monica that the whole of the USA was enabled to have affairs, so I find the narrative the everyone has suddenly turned racist due to Trump a bit hard to swallow in all honesty

Yes he's old I don't believe that should excuse an outburst like this, had the thread contained images if a man in his 20s behaving like this the reaction would've been very different. ...That's ageist.
There is a slew of news reports recently of people using racially aggressive language, there has been a connection made that its due to the language and the attitude of trump. You might not agree but it's been well documented recently.
