Seriously though it will be a scary day if (when?) they crack the science behind it, because you can pretty much guarantee that they'll be MUCH more willing to use "clean" nukes than the current weapons. If they can nuke their enemies without fallout risk, someone's going to do it.

To clarify they haven't done it because they can't do it and even if they could it would have some radiation risk, not as great but some.
