Likewise the mothers will need the support of the fathers that have murdered their babies in this case.
You may disagree all you like. The law has a concept of diminished responsibility and psych tests will be done.

I think everyone already knows the law is broken? When people who burn alive puppy’s and kittens get less than a year, or when people raped pregnant women, get half a year and then end up murdering someone...

Punishments need to be harsher, and mental health isn’t an acceptable excuse for murder ever - regardless of what you or Dezzy believe

The law is a sham in Britain , but even when they give out prison sentences the EU can override them ,so its really up to them what some of our prisoners get

dutch law system says hi

ours is worse than the britain's law, justice system

also putting mental health institutions near communities is quite a horrible choice, here we got a ''TBS'' system like if you are multiple times arrested for crimes such as murder, or dumping baby's which also happens here, you end up in one of those institutions, and you have chances of doing better in future years to come, with so called ''ankle bracelets'' as a way for police to track them but these ankle bracelets you can very easily override

How is someone who normally wouldn't hurt a fly but did so under the effects of psychosis comparable to someone that willingly tortures animals or rapists?

You're just wrong, this isn't a matter of opinion but fact. Temporary insanity is a thing, post partum psychosis is a real thing. Mental illness isn't an 'excuse' but a recognised factor and it's become as such due to years of research and investigation into said mental illnesses by people who are far more knowledgeable on the subject than a justice warrior that gets off on punishment.

It's honestly enraging when people say **** like this, you're just sounding like the mental health equivalent of an anti-vaxxer to me.
