Which seems to either be overlooked or dismissed by those clamouring for no deal.

This wasn't mentioned enough in the referendum.

With the fears of any return to violence and even the slightest possible concern as to the preservation of the Good Friday agreement.
If there was ever just ONE single reason to go back to the UK voters or stop brexit altogether.
The N Ireland and safety too of the Republic of Ireland issue should be that paramount reason.

You don't think it will get worse though when/if borders go up? But of course in this situation even if they decide to put the border in the sea, you will have the loyalist side unhappy and probably violence from there. It will be very hard to please both

I could have sworn I heard that this would be waived for within the "island of Ireland" ? Having these in place would be fine for travel between Ireland and GB.

UK was out of schengen in the eu, it's mad to think they will join now

I can count only 2 non eu states on that list
Austria and iceland are both in the single market
So that's out unless we have soft brexit
