I'm glad you brought this up, I'm not a fan of Jess Phillips to be honest ... I find her disingenuous. It also annoyed me that the heartfelt comments in the commons last Wednesday by Tracy Brabin and Paula Sheriff regarding their experiences of receiving death threats were overshadowed by her...all of a sudden the onus was switched to 'poor jess' ... For me I feel her thrusting herself forward at times is a ploy to be recognised for party leader in the future. Not a great lover of Angela Rayner for this reason too.

we agree on this, Jess Phillips is just a self promoter imo
