OK so... the only way a cat gets to this size is through being MASSIVELY over-fed (to the point that I'd call it neglect), and cats naturally spend the vast majority of their day doing absolutely nothing... they're not dogs. I'm very skeptical that this cat needs to be "getting more exercise"
 . If they stop it from eating like a horse, it will drop those pounds in no time.
