I have decided that 2 of Reece, Daniel-X, EspeonBB, TomC, Nicky91, Paige22 and AGF will be drawn to receive to a "place holder" spot, in case no actual sweepstake spot partcipant applicants arrive. These spots are 19 and 20.
If an actual sweepstake spot applicant arrives and wants a spot, they'll receive one. Or if one of the place holders arrive and verify their spot, they'll be updated into "sweepstake participant" -status.
