The Welsh NHS is in a much worse state then the rest of the UK's, and it has been Labour run since 1999....

The last Labour gov left a mountain of debt that the Tories had to sort out, as per usual. You also have to factor in the deluge of immigrants and an aging population that are putting the NHS under terrible strain. No gov wants to be deliberately evil to their citizens, to think so is just nonsense.

Let’s see what the Tories can do about it this time around before we damn them.
