oop so i was right then, the op never made any sense so it's going to confuse people.

but yeah i don't think it happened, i mean you can easily tell difference between a £10 note and £20 note.

In the dark it’s not so easy to see...and if the guy put it straight in his pocket with his other cash, he would have to take Michaels word for it. Which is why you should keep it separate until after the change has been given then you are covered..

you don't really need to see to know the difference between £10 and £20. you can tell by feeling it. Don't forget £20 are still the old notes and we're not getting the new ones until February.

The op made a few mistakes in his post ..

He clearly said he gave him £20 .. the driver gave him a tenner back and asked him he’d got the 30p ..

He said no so he just ripped the driver off for 30p .. completely pointless and simply BAD !!

The op clearly immoral and even slightly illiterate looking at the title ..

Ok and I’m dyslexic and Aspergers incidentally..

Actually the part ... “ I thought I give him £20 “ should really have said “ he thought I’d given him £20” - then at least it would have made more sense ..
