He was asked a question and he answered it. I doubt this would have been a story if it was the other way around and he complimented Boris. Speaking politics is only a bad thing if you criticise the tories, it seems.

...we had a huge classroom debate about Stormzy and Boris Johnson this morning...it’s the first one we’ve had since the General Election..so inspired by Stormzy, I guess we can say...(...no mention of Piers Morgan, though...I’m not sure that the children in the class are aware of him..)...it was a very interesting discussion...lots of really engaged children with very interesting views of their PM...and many young people being huge fans of Stormzy...

..a voice of much wisdom, Bots...it’s inspiring to see children much more engaged in politics than back in the day...and to map their critical thinking... ..

Well, they're kids so I doubt it was a House of Commons debate. Good grief.
Discussing the world and the news with each other is very healthy. Don't be such a snowflake. Last edited by Marsh.; 19-12-2019 at 07:36 PM. |

I totally agree. Politics has no place in a classroom of young children. It is the parents perogative to speak to their child on the subject. Schools have no business indoctrinating young minds, or allowing a visitor to do so in any direction, which may go against the beliefs and values of their parents.
When children are a lot older they can weigh up differing views and make up their own minds, young children can't, at a stage when they are very impressionable to boot. Last edited by jet; 20-12-2019 at 01:34 AM. |

Through out the election campaign both parties regularly attended primary schools and chatted to pupils. I heArd no protest from you then jet.

At the end of the day, it's all noise. The people upset would be cheering Stormzy on if he said the same thing about Corbyn. It's a non-story at the end of the day and the controversy is nothing more than hypocritical partisanship from the Tories and their supporters.

Perhaps you've blanked out that Labour had their worst defeat in 35 years. When it came to trust Corbyn was a big no - no, his own photo - ops certainly didn't work. LOL! |
