What do you mean by people with her attitude? Your previous rant referred very little to her points. She said 'its not the job' etc so your point about bias isnt particularly relevant.

Okay I'll put her attitude to one side, and focus purely on her words. Her argument basically amounted to: "yes, white people are racist. But as I'm black I don't have to justify my views. Go and learn about them yourself."
