So long as you stay away from people, nothing will happen. I guess the risk in high population areas is that if everyone goes out multiple times its hard to keep away from people. If you live in a less populated place it's obviously not an issue but they can't make the rules too complicated so have to make it across the board rules.
For example, my sister lives in a cottage, on an island, and the closest other house is nearly 5 miles away. Obviously she can go out walking as many times a day as she wants. The entire area is "isolation".
I am a little worried for her though. Its just her and a cat, she usually works 50 hour weeks and has tonnes of friends on the island so has plenty of social contact but she will be VERY isolated at the moment... It's the middle of nowhere
