At 36 it's very unlikely he'd be hospitalised... But then, if he does indeed have a heart condition that required surgery, and HAS recently had heart surgery, then getting Covid would be a major risk. Number one risk category after very-old-age (90+) basically.

Reports that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is seriously ill after heart surgery are not true, officials in South Korea have said.

Headlines that Kim Jong-un was "gravely ill", "brain-dead" or "recovering from an operation" were always going to be impossible to verify.

But the presidential office in Seoul has said there have been no particular signs from the North to indicate the 36-year-old is "gravely ill".

IN North Korea yes but they're reliant on support from China and compared to his dad, Kim Jr seems to be quite easily swayed and manipulated by the west as well. He's a bit of a troll / game player compared to his dad. What we (or mostly, The US, South Korea and Japan) really don't want is him kicking the bucket early and there being a military coup by the "wrong factions" who would be more serious and thus more dangerous.
