As I've said before this is why it becomes a grey area as the daft age of consent is 16 .

I personally still see 16 & 17 year olds as a bit young , I know it's not the same as a 12 year old but look how immature they can still act .

I think it depends from the person. Some 16 year olds are more mature than others.
But yes, it's a bit young. I think age of consent should be 18.

A bit if both. I know Tom Daley is young,. but 16 is way too young. They wouldn't have much in common?

I've always said 18 is fine and atleast then technically they're an adult. Weird thing is some 18 year olds still look like they're 15 or something .

I know people's maturity levels vary, but I just don't think many 16 & 17 year olds are as full developed as say a 25 year old? . There's 21 year olds still learning.

How many of us can say we were more mature at 16 honestly? , no offence to some bright teens but still .

Well that's another thing I always wondered, yeah it's unlikely they'd have much in common. But people who do this clearly don't care about that as it's usually an immature lustful thing .

Similar thing happened in skins with the Effy character I think the actress was only 15 when she full on kissed an actor who was well over 18 at the time. But his character was meant to be just an older kid. I'm surprised they allowed it weird.

That's unusual. Actor are usually a bit older than the characters they play.

Skins did things differently, all the teenagers more or less were actual teenagers except for the odd character like I mentioned.
