Do you seriously vthink the police man fully intended to kill a man in full view of colleagues and Joe public. That he knew that he could do it that way?

Do you know that he had previously been injured when putt cuffs on a perp or that his colleagues got shot in a similar fashion?

You don't know anything and until the trial you are just guessing based on an irrational dislike of USA police officers
