Not even one innocent life should ever be lost at the hands of a cop or anyone so I totally disagree with LT even trying to look for stats or doing any questioning.
On the other hand, how many countless cases go along smoothly when cops are called to a scene? A-****ing-LOT. It's super unfortunate but you can't totally eliminate human error and
scum being scum in a high intensity, life-threatening job like that. You can eliminate the bad seeds as soon as you see it which prob hasn't been done enough. You can try to limit it further as much as possible and that is what many are protesting and trying to change here, very rightly so. It's also taken to an extreme tho that is then re-crossing lines and making unjust assumptions and groupings of people that are indeed not all bad, not even remotely close.

A lot of these people many are ignorantly hating on as a group are literally heroes. Like c'mon
