Premises of the video:

1) That the civil unrest is only about George Floyd - False

2) That the looting is intended as a political statement - False

3) That there's "no one" who sides with the police on police brutality - False (even right here on TiBB)

4) That the officers involved in George Floyd's death being arrested cancels out the countless other examples of injustice, or makes it unlikely that the same thing or similar will happen again - False

He ignores the ongoing issues. He ignores the countless examples heavy-handed (sometimes plain cruel) police tactics that have been used all across America since this started. He doesn't understand that looting/burning/destuction during civil unrest is a symptom of societal breakdown, and that it isn't part of a plan and it "not making sense" absolutely does not mean that it isn't indicative of a massive systemic problem.

tl;dr he's confused because he doesn't personally understand what civil unrest is or why it happens, and he manages to rant about that for several minutes.
