I didn’t expect to enjoy the actual episode as much as I did but it was a nice throwback, and it was cool to learn little things I didn’t know before (the house being located in Bow, the fact they could read books and play guitar, etc).

All of the housemates really stood out for different reasons, too. It was refreshing to watch considering the circus it eventually turned into.

Was lovely to have it on E4, too.

I want them to show the dinner dates episode from BB2, but they might not think it is fair when some of the housemates have moved on in their lives.

That was incredible . It's so invigorating watching something like this two decades after it aired and Nick is a quality villain . Just a guy who wanted to play the game by any means necessary who gradually became too big for his boots and got his plans dropped on his head right before his very eyes. The idea that someone writing names on paper being a national scandal ages so well as a piece of nostalgic horror in some ways too . The way as well Nick was so anxious and vulnerable when he had no way of escaping the wrath of everyone, it reflected the purity the show once had where these people weren't as conscious about how to get around each other in any manufactured means.

Darren as well I honestly love, he was so ahead of his time and it's not stated enough . Completely behind on everything, genuinely thick, and more offended that Nick never sent him names rather than him actually doing it . A side comedy piece to help ease off the tension I was rewatching on screen .

Not only has there been more buzz around this than any channel 5 series but also it makes them realise just how much they messed up the show and failed their opportunity. Now it has nothing good on its channel

She got on well with Clare. The BB psych show showed a clip of her body language when Clare entered and branded Mel as jealous. BB had already edited Mel as a flirt, inventing a relationship with Tom that never was.

As Mel said in Narinder BB2's book:

"I am a flirt but not the brazen hussy they made me out to be...I had to watch all the shows back-to-back to make sense of it all and it slowly dawned on me - they had just showed me massaging men all the time.

"The editing was amazing. Because there hadn't been another Big Brother we just thought it would be a fair representation of what we did in the house. We were all totally naive about the whole thing.
