Depends on the context. If it's used to laugh at one of "those" people, it's fine.
But there is a short list of words - Karen, gammon, incel, SJW, cuck, woke, simp - anyone who uses one of those words with a straight face needs to spend less time in front of a screen and meet actual people once in a while
