That's what I've thought too, by the time they can start hiring they'll have a very short space of time to hire, so offering old staff jobs would work much better

...I just can’t imagine them bringing in new staff people when they know there are so many in the local area who have had redundancy and who know the jobs so well...that would make no sense whatsoever and would be quite a negative start for them, which they wouldn’t want...I’m quite hopeful and optimistic, Scarlett.....
