...I hadn’t realised he had bipolar...it’s such an awful thing to see a loved one struggle anyway...but to be so public..?...heartbreaking.....

I actually think Kim has generally done a great job grounding him in the recent years. Kanye’s never been the same since his mother past

...an emotional trauma can trigger depressive episodes...and that could be the case with him and the death of his mother...(...and now is his marriage quite shaky, then...?...)...

He clearly isn't very well, however it's also been very clear from the start that he hates the show (KUWTK) and the way Kim shares their personal lives. It's been obvious that increasingly he wants nothing to do with it and potentially doesn't want the kids involved with it either.

His thoughts are tumbling out in really disjointed ways because he's unwell; it doesn't necessarily mean that they arent his genuine thoughts. They're just coming out in a chaotic and uninhibited way.

My impression was that he was always prone to these bouts of being emotionally unstable and bouts of obsessive/racing thought but that his mother was a huge influence in his life and able to keep him grounded and calm, to some extent, when it got away from him. Losing her as a support structure clearly had a massive impact on his mental health.

Kourtney Kardashian went from regular cast to occasional "family event" cameo after a tonne of arguments that basically alluded to how awful the whole thing is and hating being followed everywhere, and a physical fight with Kim Kardashian that I have to admit was quite funny .

The two younger Jenner ones don't really appear that much either.

Can’t stand any of the kardashians, all attention seekers. I’m not surprised he’s going crazy being by Kims side, she will do anything for fame or money.

Those virulent creatures are pretty hard to ignore, but as far as I know they're not harming anyone. If their various exploits make people happy, then power to 'em.

But Kim and Kanye truly deserve one another.

Kanye has clearly been unstable for a very long time, if Kim tried to lock him up, it was probably so he didn’t harm himself or anyone else.
