There's still no evidence it was even a terror attack. He's being charged with "vehicular homicide" but is claiming an accident. Like of course he would say that lol, but I'm inclined to believe as there's no apparent motive come to light.

That video is absolutely horrendous. I don't see any evidence of it being a targeted attack though - the crowd is too small to make that likely, the car does actually slow and almost stop for a moment after the collision rather than continuing to accelerate, and perhaps most importantly, I think people overestimate how visible a pedestrian in dark clothing is at night - even on a road with streetlights.

There's definitely not enough to jump to conclusions. I wouldn't rule anything out but my suspicion would be that he knew he shouldn't have been on that road, but in terms of hitting the two pedestrians, I reckon he just didn't see them in time.

Funnily enough, Oliver, the police are still murdering people (And are now kidnapping them and taking them to places unknown in unmarked cars no less) so yes, people are still protesting police brutality because the issue has not been resolved by a bunch of companies doing token gestures.
