People are suggesting that the media have behaved ridiculously during the pandemic in the way they reported, not that they killed people

...Lime, I’m so very sorry that you’ve lost people to this virus......for all of us it’s a scary and uncertain time, but for many there is grief as well......and the thought of a loved one being alone in their last moments is just unbearable...so may people’s lives are going to be touched by this virus in so many different ways...I really am so sorry for your losses and for how your life and the lives of those close to you have been touched already......

I never suggested the media could solve anything I just think that generally speaking they have a very negative effect on our well-being by always portraying a negative view on life itself .

I'm no fan of the media myself, I'm one of it's strongest critics.
However without some relentless pushing by some of and in the media.
The Care home deaths scandal would have likely been brushed under the carpet by government.

Also the deceit ongoing daily of the protection equipment farce by the government would have been too.

The testing figures blatant lying as well.

However, even from government all we are getting is near hailing of success that deaths are not rising as high as they were a few months ago.
So they don't even offer condolences to the bereaved families of still hundreds of deaths last week, even on new ' conveniently likely adjusted ' figures now.
The same now dismissiveness almost from sectors and people in the Country too.
Especially England.
Hailing lower RISING deaths of others loved ones.

To lime, sorry again for your loss of your colleagues, 45 is no age at all really, it's devastating.
My losses are 2 under 40 of the 4 in my life who are now no longer with us.
4 people I couldn't even attend the funerals of.
That's the true reality of this virus.

I can't see much reason to look for optimism or hail any successes coming too late now.
Especially not while the death toll is stil rising, not just weekly but daily too.
In England.

Netherlands

from friday afternoon to saturday afternoon we registered like 655 new cases of covid-19, and over entire week we got 4,508 new cases, the week before it were like 3,255

in these former mentioned 24 hours, we got like 7 new hospitalisations, past week we had like 56 new hospitalisations, more than the week before when we had 34 new hospitalisations

23 out of 47 students of SSR Rotterdam have been tested positive for covid-19 after a excursion to Greece, all positively tested students have went into quarantine like it should, the board of the university will hold several meetings if any extra measures should be necessary

our minister of foreign affairs Stef Blok has handed out Code Orange negative travel advice for Brussels, Paris, Madrid, Marseille and areas around those places, and islands like Ibiza, Mallorca

code orange means that non-important trips to those places is being advised against, people who need to return from these areas now get urgent advice to go into home isolation asap

these measures also count for Burgos, Salamanca, Almeria, Navarra, these regions had been coping with huge number of covid increases

Market confidence and stock performance correlates heavily with Covid data fluctuations. In terms of the markets and GDP, there is EVERY reason to disguise a spike, especially if you think it's anomalous and doesn't indicate a bigger looming problem.

Surely not, this government playing around with figures that may now reflect more negatively re this pandemic.

For crying out loud, this lot, Hancock and the PM particularly have likely made an art of it.

Not that well an art, as it seems they get found out.
Eventually and thankfully.

lol my mom thinks otherwise of UK's approach, she thinks your government did do a good job so far, and she criticizes ours a lot for not doing enough

Well no one can blame your Mum Nicky for thinking like that.

We've actually got people in this Country who fall for this government's list of deceit, failure, scandalous deaths, misleading of and manipulation of figures across the board, on deaths and testing.

Ready to near dismiss deaths of people and hail the government as doing well.

So it's easy to see why some other Countries may come to the conclusion we've done really good when we haven't, and frankly still aren't doing so now either.

...maybe she feels quite submissive to the other 3 dogs, so that’s the position she takes../a retreating position..?...you could try trying to persuade her more forward by giving her treats and rewards and calling her to the ‘front pack’...

and then also the ones who say like ''those also could've died from regular flu virus'' because you don't know something like that

and covid has proven itself to be a dangerous threat to everyone what should be taken serious at all times
