I have a piece on my foot that is a vine with two butterflies and two flowers interconnected with a heart. The flowers and butterflies represent two sets of twins I miscarried. I had a larger butterfly added looking down on the others after my mum died.

Oops, just realised it was what we dislike.

I dont like whole neck pieces
