For the Pointless edition: All questions that ask for a "country" as an answer must be an independent country as recognised by the UN. For #4, it must be a capital city of a CURRENT country, not a historical one. In fact, all questions are dealing with their current state; so South Africa's CURRENT flag, any European city that is not CURRENTLY a capital (but may have been in the past) for #8. For #10 I will allow all answers that have hosted either a Summer or Winter Olympics, even if they are not technically classed as a "city" (I would assume all hosts have been cities though).
