He repeatedly said he couldn't breathe. Whether that was due to the pressure on his neck or an overdose is irrelevant, as a public servant the Officer at that time should have checked on his health and.welfare. Surely THAT is apparent?

The fact you're spouting this crap when the man died renders it void.

He couldn't breathe, wasn't helped in anyway by, you know, being allowed to not have a knee pressing down on his neck, and he died.

The copper acted unlawfully. Spouting nonsense about what Floyd COULD have been doing is utterly meaningless drivel with the only purpose being to minimise his unlawful death.

Don’t know why you’re bothering. He seems hellbent on going against everything to seem edgy lately. It’s so boring.

It is indeed.

With no details of the case, it's hard to comment.
However this sounds a very odd way for any defence to go, as medical records and autopsy can dismiss this account easily.

On the face of it, sounds more of just more than a hint of desperation, in my view.

It's called ignoring the findings of 2 actual autopsy reports.. if these suggestions hold any sway against those I'll be very surprised.

his claims are hardly evidence, when he is suspected of murder

of course he will come up with some random ***** nonsense excuse to try and avoid jail (if that happens justice system is really corrupt too)

and his excuse is also very stereotypical racist too but i am not surprised at all by a vile racist cop using stereotypes for an excuse
