no but ( i may have told this before) i used to have a tenant who never paid rent for like 6 weeks and then he would pay all his debt in one and every week I would send him letters until i worked out the pattern but i always had to justify him to my boss after 4 weeks until he paid. Used to go round his house and bang on door or post letters

anyroad fast forward 4 years and i met ex Mrs LT in LOndon where i now worked and we started going out and her best pal becky suggested we meet up with her new husband andy. SO we go out for drinks and im getting on well with him and we talk about where i was before this company

anyway it turns out he was my tenant at 30 Polsteads, Vange, Basildon!

30 years later he is now my pal andy who i go to golf with every year

you could not make it up
