Playing devil's advocate though - IS that actually racist? I would think it might be accurate and
a perfectly good reason to not want a Churchill bust in your office, because Churchill's attitudes towards Africa were awful.
I suppose it depends on the tone of how Boris said it though - was he being understanding (doubtful...) or dismissive (I think likely).
