Social media and the internet is not represention of true feelings.. if you’d go by how popular someone or parties are online Labour would have won 75% and Brexit would have won 75%. The true opinion of the population is often very different.. As someone who has lived in Liverpool I’ve seen a lot of older folks praise Thatcher and believe her to be a fantastic leader (people who actually were adults at the time of her leadership rather than a lot of forum members here who hadn’t even been born and just read social media to inform their opinions)
