I think at this point he'll reluctantly leave of his own accord, what will be more interesting is how the handover of power is handled. I can't see his ego allowing him to shake Biden's hand and smile, but, if by some act of great luck, he doesn't end up in prison, he'll probably be aiming for another bid in 2024 so he might be convinced to play the long game.
