A working tv could be considered essential for domestic abuse victims, single parent household families that have young children, and people furloughed and it able to work and have literally nothing to do to stay at home. Also a working TV could prevent people from mixing households, and going out, because it’ll keep them indoors.

I think parm deserves a bit of respect
