Just not enough margin to convict.
Due to a ridiculous rule.
Found so by both houses of power too.
Just let the pathetic power mad madman, live with his delusions but ensure any delusions he may hold of ever having any power again, just remain pure fantasy as to him.
He's sick, really sick but not in the health sense.
