We were in the Amalfi coast the year before last and honestly I wouldn't recommend it at all. It looks beautiful but it's so hard to get around there, the buses are unreliable and driving is terrifying, the roads are so narrow and so windy and dangerous and it's almost impossible to get parking anywhere and if you do get a space it crazy expensive. If you walk be prepared for 100's upon 100's of steps, the beach is right down at the bottom so you're climbing to get out of there plus it costs money to go on the beach, some beaches you actually can't go on at all without paying others you have to pay for a bed to get a decent spot, they leave the ****ty corners as the free places, also the most of the locals aren't very nice or helpful
