If you look at the yew tree investigations or other incidents they are not always investigated at the time in some cases it’s years later because the people at the time did not report them or the people who looked into the allegations did not take it further.

These allegations were reported. As an employer, the Royal Family have a duty of care and a legal obligation to protect the welfare of the staff. If these allegations prove true, the staff members could and should take them to an employment tribunal for failing to follow up correctly at the time. Sadly now, what should have dealt with swiftly, decisively and privately at the time will be played out in the media glare and these individuals will be thrust into the limelight in an attempt to point score. They will not have anonymity that would have had if it was dealt with at the time.

Well Ammi it happens ,some people from the past have been found not guilty but people still think they are guilty even though a court has found them not to be ,people have their own preconceptions and I don't think any one with those thoughts will ever change their minds.

There have of course been individuals let down if these bullying claims are proven true but history as shown there have been many cover ups in many organisations over the years.

At the time covering up bullying claims would of protected Meghan not the people being bullied

Meghan and Harry have show they don’t give two f’s for the queen so maybe its the right time for the shxt to hit the fan

...I guess that what I see going on in front of my eyes now and from the beginning of the ‘Meghan era’...is a very extreme negative media slant, which has been too apparent to deny/ignore...so anything negative being accused of her now..(...and Harry to a lesser extent...)...is in full awareness that it’ll get full support from some media to lean toward to being ‘guilty unless proven without doubt otherwise’...but that’s not to say that there isn’t truth either which is why no one can say ‘Meghan isn’t a bully’....but that doesn’t indicate either any ‘yes that figures’ thought process either...’most people’ I would think, are waiting to see any outcome...

Agree with this and that is where I am saying there has been failings and those failings were made by the employers (the Royals). I abhor bullying of any kind and it being covered up, I don't care who it protects, is wrong. I truly hope there has been no bullying and that the allegations were brushed aside because there was no substance to them and not to protect someone.

I’m afraid history has shown not every one gets treated fairly you only have to look at how someone of colour gets treated compared to a white person or how someone with money gets treated to a poor person.

I think it’s some times good to give a real life example of failings

Many years ago when I was a bad boy I walked into a police station and handed the sergeant a fake insurance document he briefly looked over it and said it looks alright if it’s not you’ve gotten away with it.

A basic phone call would of landed me in the ****.
