I think that should be down to the Police, not the Palace. These allegations about Meghan are about a member of staff, the allegations about Andrew are not work related. The Queen sacked him as an employee and she maintained the integrity of the "business". Unless there have been reports of his proclivities towards a member of Palace staff, there is little more the Palace can do about him
