Sometimes the mens ones are a bit long like. But I prefer them too long rather than basically hotpants while claiming comfort is the main aim! 
I tend to order stuff like this in a 16-18 as purposely try to get them as loose as possible. Am actually usually a 14-16. I get mens, medium and they tend to be perfect, though sometimes a bit long but easy to take up. So most women would probably get a mens small? Assuming most women are not as..round as I am..
Mind, I find the hugging the arse thing for tracksuit bottoms also. Desite them apparently being the same in all but sizing. Womens always feel too snug there. Where the equiv mens size...are baggy on the arse, like I bloody want them |
