Also surely the PTSD and former abuse..could maybe be used in..say a violent assault case. But not for this.

Its not even like the judges hands are tied with sentencing..as they have a lot of leeway. Too much sometimes..when it seems for the exact same crime someone could get 1 year away and someone else 10 years, depending on the judge involved :S
We don’t know the full details of the case and a lot depends on how it has affected the boy and if she has shown remorse.

Plus I think the fact the boy was going there for sex again and again makes a difference
